Job Title: Tender Processes and Documentation Officers (2 Positions)

Reporting to: Head, County Supply Chain Management Services
Responsibilities;
• Preparation of tender documents, requests for quotations in accordance with Public procurement and disposal Act 2005 and managing the entire tendering process.
• Ensuring compliance with the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2005, policies and processes.
• Coordination of the submission of tender documents by bidders.
• Coordination of tender opening, taking minutes of tender opening meetings and facilitating tender evaluation processes in accordance with the Public procurement and Disposal Act 2005.
Requirements.
 The Candidate must:
• Have a Bachelors degree or Higher National Diploma in Supply Chain Management from a University/Institution recognized in Kenya.
• Be conversant with modern computer packages used in supply chain management.
• Have served in supply chain management for at least 6 years in the public or corporate sector since attaining the required qualifications.
• Have a thorough understanding of Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2005 and the Regulations.
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
Remuneration;
• Basic Salary: Ksh. 48,190 - 65,290 p.m
• House Allowance: Ksh.17,000 p.m
• Other Allowances: Ksh. 8,000 p.m
• Medical Cover
• Service Gratuity of 20% of basic salary on completion of the contract
• 30 days annual leave with leave allowance.
