Desired Candidate Profile:
Science Graduate,with Chemistry as the strongpoint / Chemical Engineering.
Experience of 10-15 years and in the age bracket of 35-40 years.
Working should have been primarily in the field of Specialty Chemicals,with Construction Chemicals being one of the prominent industries.Preference shall be given to candidates who have worked in trading environment
Prior working experience in Kenya a distinct advantage
Go getter,Smart,self motivated and with a penchant for results.

Job Description:
Assume P&L responsibility for the entire Chemicals portfolio (spread across Bulk and Specialty Chemicals) in Kenya
Identify new customers,products in focussed segments and expand business with pre agreed budgets
Work closely with central Mumbai team for introducing new product introduction initiatives,etc
Assume charge of reordering,warehousing,current assets ,etc for smooth flow of business
Training and development of staff,applicators ,etc and conduct formal programmes towards the same
coordinate visits of key personnel from the Head Office and/or suppliers for carrying out market surveys,customer visits,identifying new business opportunities, etc.
