Job Title: Project Manager
Responsibilities
•Manage all software development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases.
•Communicate and collaborate with customers with regards to project deliverables.
•Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
•Make recommendations about project schedules, prioritization and resource allocation.
•Coach and train project team members on software development processes and best practice.
Education & Experience:
•Sound knowledge and hands on experience of Quality Procedures and QMS.
•Bachelor or Master Degree in IT/Computers (B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA).
•Certification in PMP, Microsoft, Sun, Oracle will be an added advantage.
•Should have enough knowledge and experience is using Project Management Tools.
•Knowledge in Retail Domain, Financial Sector and Fiscal devices will be an added advantage.
•Strong and Good communication skills.
•Min. 8 years exp in MS Technologies (VB, Vb.Net, ASP.Net), Java with Internet/Ecommerce Background.
•Sound working knowledge of MS SQL Server & Oracle Databases.
•Microsoft & Linux Desktop and Server.
•Windows & Web based portal systems.
•Should have hands on exp in VB.Net, ASP.Net, Core Java and J2EE technologies with Web 2.0/3.0.
•Experience on Smart Card, Bio-Metric Finger Print based applications.
