Job Title: Technical Lead - Comprehensive HIV Care and Treatment

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the incumbent will provide oversight to the technical components of the program (ART, Palliative Care and TB/HIV) and ensure the program is implemented in an integrated and coherent manner with a view of achieving high quality results in service delivery.
