Desired Candidate Profile :
Knowledge of building and allied materials will be an added advantage
Excellent English and Kiswahili communication skills (both oral and written)
French will be an added advantage
Basic computer literacy
Degree/diploma in engineering with shop floor and marketing experience;
General work experience of a minimum 7-10 years
Specific to the position, 5 years in steel industry is preferable
Knowledge/ expertise to handle product development from inception
Hands on related field work guidance and leadership talent.
Aged between 35-40 years
The successful candidate is expected to be professional, dynamic, self-driven and results oriented.

Job Description:
To understand techno/commercial viability of new products proposals
To evaluate/approve the quality of hardware ordered
To monitor/introduction and marketing of these products across the Group.
To educate/train group units staff for adopting pre-identifies/tested technology
