• Support Key Account Teams to develop customers; and support Regional Sales Organisation sales team to achieve sales growth and maintain long term relationship with key customers/distributors.
• Participate in and support the planning and implementing of various activities, such as seminars, new product trainings, lighting club programs, and etc. within budget, in order to help the sales growth.
• Build and maintain close relations with customers including lighting experts, specifiers, consultants, government officials, as a method to explore any potential sales opportunities and strengthen Philips leadership in the market.
Person Profile;
• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar job in B2B or in the construction industry.
• Technical knowledge of electronics and/or the lighting industry.

• Exercising any functions and powers delegated by the County Public Service Board or any other Authority.
Requirements for Appointment;
The Candidate must:
• Be a Kenyan citizen,
• Be a holder of at least a first degree from a university recognized in Kenya and a post graduate qualification in management or public administration,
• Have working experience of not less than five years in middle level management/administration,
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Remuneration;
• Basic Salary: Ksh. 77,527- 109,527 p.m
• House Allowance: Ksh.20,000 p.m
• Other Allowances: Ksh. 12,000 p.m
• Medical Cover
• Service Gratuity of 20% of basic salary on completion of the contract
• 30 days annual leave with leave allowance
